We’re excited to have you here and want to ensure you have a fantastic experience. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please take a moment to read through our studio guidelines.
Booking Your Session
To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking your session in advance. Once you’ve made your reservation, we’ll send you a confirmation via email or phone to finalize the details.
Payments
The full amount is due on or before the day of your session.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 7 days in advance to avoid additional fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of your session may result in a charge of up to 50% of the session fee.
During Your Session
Please arrive on time, as sessions start and end as scheduled. We strive to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, so we kindly ask you to tidy up after your session. For everyone’s safety and comfort, smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted in the studio.
Equipment Use
You’re welcome to use our studio equipment; we just ask that you handle everything with care. If you prefer to bring your own gear, that’s great too—just ensure it’s safe and won’t cause any damage to the studio.
Liability
While you’re here, you’re responsible for any damage to the studio or equipment during your session. Additionally, we can’t be held liable for any personal items that may be lost or damaged on the premises, so please keep an eye on your belongings.
Conduct
We aim to create a respectful and professional atmosphere. Disruptive behavior may result in the early termination of your session without a refund, which we’d all like to avoid.
Extra Time
If you find that you need a bit more time to wrap up your session, additional time can be arranged at our standard hourly rate, subject to availability.
